    POLICY

     

    CUSTOMER SATISFACTION MATTERS AT CLEAN SNEAKS

    Clean Sneaks is committed to providing you with the highest quality sneaker cleaning and professional service. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of cleaning that you have received, contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order, all order tags with number shall not be removed and Clean Sneaks will review the matter.

    Terms and Conditions:

    • We assume all items left by a customer for sneaker cleaning are cleanable.
    • We are not responsible for previously damaged shoes/sneakers and will not commit to cleaning.
    • We are disclaiming all responsibility for orders left over 30 days.
    • ALL SERVICES MUST BE PREPAID. (Work will not commence until payment is received).

    Stains:

    Clean Sneaks does its best in removing unwanted stains, but Clean Sneaks cannot guarantee removal of all stains. This can result in the refusal of cleaning.

     

    Clean Sneaks Care:

    Clean Sneaks follows a strict cleaning guideline for all shoes. If any damage occurs from following our guidelines we use , Clean Sneaks cannot be held liable. (A pay-out of 5 times the clean may be issued on our behalf if damage occurs, but we do remind customers to take before images with our tags inserted with an order number before leaving our store, we will not be responsible for before pictures!)  The Customer submits shoes/sneakers at his/her own risk. Customers must sign and agree to our services for us to commence with the work.

     

    Objects left in sneakers:

    Although we do our best to find objects left in shoes/sneakers, Clean Sneaks will not be responsible for such objects that might cause damage to shoes/sneakers during the cleaning process.

     

    Items pick-up and drop offs:

    Due to circumstances beyond our control, once an order is picked up or dropped off, we cannot be responsible or liable for any damages or missing items. Therefore, please check all items carefully upon collection and after delivery.

    We advise customers not to cut tag/order number of your sneakers until you are fully satisfied!

    We do advise customers to take pictures before they drop any items/sneakers in, therefore we are not responsible for if any issue occurs.

     

    Missing shoe/Sneaker Policy:

    Clean Sneaks takes the utmost care in cleaning your sneakers. If you have sneakers missing or an item missing from your order and notified us at the time of order pick-up and in the rare case that we cannot locate your shoes/sneakers or item within two weeks, Clean Sneaks will issue you a check or credit limited to 5 times our charge for processing/cleaning of the shoes or item.
